Philadelphia Flyers goaltender Alex Lyon will get the starting nod on Saturday night as the team visits the Carolina Hurricanes. Lyon's last appearance came in relief of Petr Mrazek, where he stopped all 18 shots he faced in a 5-3 loss to Columbus. In very limited action this year, the rookie netminder has managed two wins and a 2.58 goals-against average. The Flyers have managed only a single win in their last eight games, while the Hurricanes have fared only slightly better with three wins in their last 13 games.
