Florida Panthers goaltender Alex Lyon had a strong performance in net as he stopped 38-of-40 shots on goal in Wednesday's 3-2 overtime victory against the Maple Leafs. Lyon got the start since number one goaltender Sergei Bobrovsky was unavailable with an illness, and the 30-year-old backup netminder played a large role in the incredibly meaningful victory for the Panthers. Lyon has struggled at the NHL level this season with a 3.69 goals against average and .891 save percentage through eight appearances, but he came up big for the Panthers and could be an option to start in the upcoming games if Bobrovsky is still sidelined.--Denis Vondrus - RotoBaller
