Aaron Rodgers Has COVID-19, Won't Play In Week 9
3 years agoGreen Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers tested positive for COVID-19 and will miss the Week 9 game against the Kansas City Chiefs, according to sources. Rodgers could also be at risk of missing the Week 10 game against the Seattle Seahawks since he's unvaccinated. Since he's unvaccinated, he'll be required to complete a 10-day quarantine period. That means he won't be eligible to be cleared until a day before the Week 10 contest against Seattle. The team's controversial first-round pick in 2020, Jordan Love, will make his first career start this Sunday against a struggling Chiefs squad. Fantasy managers will need to downgrade all of Green Bay's offensive skill players with Rodgers out, even wide receiver Davante Adams, assuming he returns after he missed last week due to COVID-19.
