Aaron Hicks Blasts Yankees Past Toronto
J.A. Happ taking care of business on the mound, the New York Yankees offense pushed out six runs as they won their first game after dropping three straight, 6-2. The biggest hit of the night came off the bat of outfielder Aaron Hicks, who delivered his third home run of the season in the second inning. The blast, a three-run home run, capped off a four-run frame which put the Yankees ahead for good. Hicks, 29, has struggled to find his rhythm at the plate after missing the first month and a half of the season. Presently, he's batting just .238 with the aforementioned three home runs and 14 RBI.
