On Saturday evening, the NASCAR Cup Series held the qualifying session to set the starting lineup for this weekend's Enjoy Illinois 300 race at World Wide Technology Raceway.
The qualifying session consisted of just one round, as is the current protocol for many Cup Series races this season.
