Week 13 Half-PPR Tight End Rankings for Fantasy Football: Pat Freiermuth, Trey McBride, Taysom Hill, Gerald Everett, more

Pat Freiermuth - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

Week 13 fantasy football tight end rankings for half-PPR scoring. Set winning lineups with our Week 13 ranks for fantasy football and the 2023 NFL season.

Howdy RotoBallers! The 2023 fantasy football regular season is rapidly approaching, and it may be fantasy managers' last shot for a playoff push. Week 13 could be a make-or-break week for some managers, and it will be challenging as six teams are on the bye. At RotoBaller, we are to help and guide you through the bye gauntlet with our Week 13 half-PPR tight end rankings for fantasy football.

Tight end has been one of the more volatile positions in fantasy football and varies week-to-week unless you have an elite option like Travis Kelce. There will be fewer options from the tight end pool, with the Bears, Bills, Giants, Raiders, Ravens, and Vikings off this week. Below, you will see where tight ends such as Pat FreiermuthTrey McBrideTaysom HillGerald Everett, and Cade Otton rank, among others.

Our fantasy football rankings for Week 13 are put together by Nick Mariano. In addition to our staff rankings, below you will also find a summary of this week's important fantasy football injury news. There are always critical injuries to track, so check back until kickoff.

Editor's Note: The FFPC Playoff Challenge is back with a massive $500,000 grand prize and $1.35 million total prize pool, paying down to 800th place. Here's the deal: no salary cap, no draft, no pickups, no subs. Choose 10 players, and as NFL teams get knocked out so will your players, so choose your team wisely. The 7,250 entries will sell out quickly, and registrations will close on Saturday January 10th at 4:30 pm ET . Don't wait - get your team now and end your fantasy football season with a shot at $500,000! Sign Up Now!

Week 13 Tight End Rankings Analysis

A new feature has been added to our weekly fantasy football rankings article. Below, you will find our fantasy football outlooks or injury notes for key options in Week 13, which gives readers a matchup preview of that player and advice on whether to start or avoid for the upcoming week. We provide outlooks for all 32 NFL teams, which can be found on our player profile pages and our fantasy football news desk.

Jake Ferguson, TE, Dallas Cowboys
Week 13 Overall Half-PPR Rankings: 85
Week 13 Tight End PPR Rankings: 9

Dallas Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson will look to get back into the TE1 ranks in a Week 13 game against the Seattle Seahawks. Ferguson was a top-10 fantasy tight end in Weeks 8, 9, and 10 but dipped to a TE21 and TE24 finish in the past two weeks.

The Seahawks are just about average against opposing tight ends, so this could be a chance for Ferguson to see a few more targets and get a few more yards going. He's gone two games without a touchdown after scoring three in a row, so a return to the end zone would be a welcome sight.

Noah Fant, TE, Seattle Seahawks
Week 13 Overall Half-PPR Rankings: 148
Week 13 Tight End PPR Rankings: 23

Seattle Seahawks tight end Noah Fant added another reception for four yards to his season total in Week 11. The 26-year-old once again led Seattle's tight end group in snap share, though that does not amount to much when the likes of DK Metcalf (toe), Tyler Lockett (hamstring), and Jaxon Smith-Njigba are there to soak up targets.

In Week 12, the Seahawks play the late game on Thanksgiving against the division-rival San Francisco 49ers. The 49ers have allowed the second-fewest yards to opposing tight ends in 2023, making Fant's chances of having an impact even slimmer. Fant can be left on the wire in Week 12.

Trey McBride, TE, Arizona Cardinals
Week 13 Overall Half-PPR Rankings: 68
Week 13 Tight End PPR Rankings: 4

Arizona Cardinals tight end Trey McBride (groin) was not practicing on Thursday for the second straight day during the period open to the media. McBride's availability for the Week 13 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers is now in question, although he still has one more day on Friday to get back on the practice field.

The 24-year-old has emerged as a strong TE1 option in fantasy since quarterback Kyler Murray returned from Injured Reserve, as McBride has 20 catches on 25 targets for 234 yards in the last three games while working with Murray. If McBride is unable to play this weekend, Geoff Swaim would step into a bigger role as Arizona's top tight end, but he wouldn't be a worthwhile streaming target, even in a week with six teams on bye.
