Playoff Series To-Date

New York Rangers at Carolina Hurricanes: New York is leading 2-0

Colorado Avalanche at Dallas Stars: Colorado is leading 1-0

DraftKings and FanDuel Goalies - NHL DFS Picks

Igor Shesterkin - DK $7.4K || FD $7.9K

Opponent - Carolina Hurricanes

As expected, Carolina threw everything they had at Shesterkin in Game 2, recording 57 shots in a 4-3 overtime loss. Now the Hurricanes take Round Two into Carolina for the next two games where it is imperative they win. Enter the Hurricane onslaught 2.0. It wouldn't be out of the realm of possibilities that the hosts produce 40 or more shots each, in the next two games. If this happens, Shesterkin will also register the 35 or more save bonus in each game. As the second-lowest salaried goalie on the slate, he makes for an optimal value play.

Others To Consider (Cash/GPP):

  • Georgiev (DK $7.5K || FD $7.6K)

DraftKings and FanDuel Centers - NHL DFS Picks

Wyatt Johnston- DK $6K || FD $7.2K

Opponent - Colorado Avalanche

As stated on Tuesday, Wyatt Johnston is one of the top players statistically in the postseason and he remains that after his performance Tuesday where he produced one goal on two shots. He now has three goals, two assists, 17 shots and one blocked shot in his last five playoff appearances. After losing Game One in a late Colorado comeback, expect Johnston and the Stars to come out swinging in Game Two.

Others To Consider (CASH/GPP):

  • Staal (DK $3K || FD $4.4K)

DraftKings and FanDuel Wings - NHL DFS Picks

Artturi Lehkonen - DK $5.4K || FD $6.7K

Opponent - Dallas Stars

The top line of the Colorado Avalanche continues to impress in all facets of the game and produce when needed. However, their second line remains undervalued and at times under-owned. Artturi Lehkonen is the main producer of said line with four goals, two assists, 15 shots and three blocked shots in his last five playoff games. Lehkonen and the second line saw the middle six of Dallas in Game One and they are expected to see them again in Game Two. The Stars’ second line is their worst defensive line in the playoffs. If Lehkonen continues to be fed the puck, he will surely maintain value.

Others To Consider (CASH/GPP):

  • Guentzel (DK $7.3K || FD $9.2K)

DraftKings and FanDuel Defensemen - NHL DFS Picks

Brady Skjei - DK $4.4K || FD $6.4K

Opponent - New York Rangers

Even though it was an outlier more than anything, Brady Skjei had a monster game in Game Two, producing one assist, six shots and three blocked shots. He now has three assists, 15 shots and eight blocked shots throughout his most recent five playoff games. As mentioned, Carolina needs to continue to put their foot on the gas which means Skjei should see plenty of his own opportunities. All it takes is a lucky bounce for him to instantly make value.

Others To Consider (CASH/GPP):

  • Lindell (DK $4K || FD $4.6K)
