DraftKings, FanDuel Daily Fantasy Basketball Picks (11/10/23): Today's Top NBA DFS Lineups

LaMelo Ball - Charlotte Hornets

The top daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on November 10, 2023. Dennis Clausen provides NBA DFS analysis and sleeper picks for building optimal DFS rosters.

After a jam-packed slate the night before, the NBA featured only two games on Thursday, with the Bucks' three-game win streak snapped at the hands of the Indiana Pacers. The night was capped off with Hawks and Magic engaging in a Southeast Division showdown in Mexico City. The matchup was close throughout the contest, although Atlanta rallied late to win and remain one of the top teams in the Eastern Conference.

But with the abbreviated slate in the books, DFS managers can look forward to a massive nine-game schedule. Also, it's a Friday in November, meaning another night of in-season tournament action. The first week of tournament play was more exciting than expected, so hopefully, Friday's games won't be any different.

This article will provide you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on 11/10/23. Remember to monitor NBA injury news and our awesome new NBA injuries report tool, as the slate can completely change before lineups lock at 7:00 PM EST.

DraftKings and FanDuel Guards - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

LaMelo Ball - @ WAS ($10,000 DK, $9,100 FD)

The Wizards and Hornets will meet for the second time in three days, with Washington earning only its second win of the 2023-24 campaign. It was a high-scoring affair, with both squads combining for a whopping 248 points. As a result, the contest featured some of the most potent fantasy performers.

Of course, one of the first players to come to mind is Ball, who had a season-high 34 points in that one. The 2020 No. 3 overall pick has now combined for 64 points in his last two outings, which coincides with the absence of Terry Rozier. With Rozier out again, Ball should continue to make some noise for fantasy managers.

Marcus Sasser - vs. PHI ($5,800 DK, $5,800 FD)

While the Pistons are 2-7 this season, most would agree Monty Williams has had a positive impact on the club. In all fairness, Detroit has dealt with a handful of injuries to several top guys on the depth chart, which hasn't made things easy for the rebuilding franchise. Unfortunately, the injury report will stay the same heading into Friday evening, with Jaden Ivey, Joe Harris, Bojan Bogdanovic, and Alec Burks, to name a few, already ruled out.

Despite that, more than a few players on the roster could take advantage of their extra scoring chances. DFS participants already know how brutalizing Cade Cunningham could be. Yet, another guy to keep in mind is Sasser, the No. 25 overall pick in the 2023 Draft. He's averaged 10.9 points and has shot 50.0% from deep this year. He also had a career-high 26 points in the narrow loss to the Bucks on Wednesday. Look for him to receive more than enough minutes versus Philly to stay relevant.

Keyonte George - @ MEM ($4,700 DK, $4,300 FD)

Walker Kessler will miss the next two weeks (at least) because of an elbow injury. As a result, the starting lineup has shuffled around, with George getting an opportunity to show his stuff. The rookie received his first career start on Wednesday night versus the Pacers.

He only scored seven points. However, he added nine assists. It will be tough for George to get scoring chances, considering John Collins, Lauri Markkanen, and Jordan Clarkson are in the equation. Still, he should continue to contribute where he can and have a chance to hit the 5x value mark versus the Grizzlies.

Also Consider: Luka Doncic ($11,700 DK, $12,000 FD), Cade Cunningham ($8,400 DK, $8,000 FD), Mikal Bridges ($7,700 DK, $7,700 FD), Tyus Jones ($5,500 DK, 5,500 FD)

DraftKings and FanDuel Forwards - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Kyle Kuzma - vs. CHA ($8,000 DK, $7,800 DK)

After Bradley Beal was traded to the Suns in the offseason, it was clear the Wizards were moving in a different direction. Washington got Jordan Poole and Tyus Jones for the backcourt. Yet, the Wizards made it a priority to retain Kuzma by giving him a hefty extension. So far, things have worked out well.

He scored a season-high 33 points in Wednesday's win over the Hornets. There's a good chance the Wizards will continue to play small on Friday, giving Kuzma another opportunity to shine on the offensive end against a miserable Hornets defense.

Dorian Finney-Smith - @ BOS ($5,700 DK, $5,500 FD)

Finney-Smith is currently enjoying one of the best seasons of his career. He's averaging a career-high 13.8 points and shooting an efficient 45.0% from deep. Surely, he's benefitted without Cameron Johnson and Nicolas Claxton on the floor for nearly the entire season. Although Johnson is expected to return on Friday versus the Boston Celtics, he'll likely see fewer minutes than usual in an attempt to get him back into the swing of things.

However, Finney-Smith might remain in the starting lineup, even if Johnson returns, considering the red-hot Cam Thomas is sidelined for two weeks with a sprained ankle while Ben Simmons is in danger of missing his second consecutive game because of a hip issue. Either way, the former Maverick may continue to exceed expectations.

Santi Aldama - vs. UTA ($4,800 DK, $4,900 FD)

Aldama has been on the shelf for most of the season because of an ankle issue. He played a pivotal role off the bench for Memphis last season, so the Grizzlies hoped he'd return sooner rather than later. However, the sense of urgency intensified due to the number of injuries on the roster and the team's hideous win-loss record.

Fortunately, the 22-year-old finally made his 2023-24 debut on Sunday in the win over the Blazers. But on Wednesday versus the Heat, Aldama logged 26 minutes, scoring 12 points. He also had eight rebounds, two steals, and one block. Memphis could have severe depth issues again for Friday's in-season tournament encounter with Utah, meaning Aldama is worth considering in any DFS format.

Also Consider: Brandon Ingram ($8,700 DK, $8,300 FD), Kawhi Leonard ($8,300 DK,  $8,100 FD), Gordon Hayward ($7,100 DK, $7,100 FD), P.J. Washington ($6,700 DK, $6,200 FD), Danilo Gallinari ($3,500 DK, $4,100 FD)

DraftKings and FanDuel Centers - NBA DFS Lineup Picks

Day'Ron Sharpe - @ BOS ($4,300 DK, $4,500 FD)

Nicolas Claxton will miss another game on Friday. His absence isn't good for the Nets, especially since Brooklyn may also not have Ben Simmons, who had been getting some time at the five. Dorian Finney-Smith has also received some minutes in the middle.

Still, the Nets will need a big body to take on Kristaps Porzingis, which is where Sharpe comes into the picture. The 22-year-old needed only 19 minutes on Wednesday against the Los Angeles Clippers to acquire his first double-double of the season. While he's a risky option, even more so if Simmons is back, there's some upside here for those looking to take a risk in a large GPP contest.

Also Consider: Joel Embiid ($11,200 DK, $12,200 FD), Bismack Biyombo ($4,900 DK, $5,200 FD)
