DraftKings, FanDuel Daily Fantasy Baseball Picks (6/26/23): Today's Top MLB DFS Lineups

The top daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for FanDuel and DraftKings on June 26, 2023. Casey Wilson's MLB DFS analysis and sleepers for building optimal DFS rosters.

What a weekend filled with some genuinely fantastic baseball. I have been glued to college baseball all weekend, so stepping back and getting back into some MLB content is excellent. Believe it or not, we are less than a month away from the All-Star break. This season seems to be flying by. We have a game stack I am in love with tonight. Sound familiar?

I will cover the six-game slate starting at 7:05 pm in this article. Today's slate has a ton of pitching options. There are five arms I will list below that you can mix and match to fit the bats you want. I will not be surprised if any of the four options outside of Strider are the optimal SP 2. The matchup for Strider is elite, but the price dictates that, so although I will do my best to get him into lineups tonight, there are options if you cannot pay up.

This article will provide my daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on 6/26/2023 and the slate locking at 7:05 pm ET. The lineup picks will range from some elite players to mid-priced options and value plays. You can also read more DFS advice and lineup picks for other sports here. Monitoring injury news and today's MLB starting lineups is also essential. Now that we got all that out of the way, it's onto the picks! DraftKings, FanDuel Pitchers - MLB DFS Lineup Picks

Spencer Strider, ATL vs. MIN ($12,600 DK, $11,300 FD)

Strider seemed to figure things out a bit in his last start after he had given up home runs in six straight starts. In his previous outing against the Phillies, he didn't surrender any home runs or base on balls which is promising for Strider to round back into form. On the season, he has an elite 39.0% K and 19.6% SwStr. He has a 2.71 SIERA.

Strider will square off against the Minnesota Twins tonight. The Twins against right-handed pitching hold a 27.1% K, suitable for the highest in baseball. They own a 104 wRC+, a .318 wOBA, and a .413 SLG. Of course, Strider can get hit here, but the strikeout upside in this matchup is too elite to pass up. Strider is going to eat in this matchup, don't fade him.

Andrew Heaney, TEX vs. DET ($8,000 DK, $9,200 FD)

SP2 tonight has some elite options with upside. Dylan Cease at $7,700 seems to be the chalk, and rightfully so. His upside at that price is elite. I will play Cease tonight but I prefer Heaney for only $300 more. Heaney enters play with a 5-4 record, 24.6% K, 11.1% SwStr, and a 4.31 SIERA.

Heaney will face the Tigers tonight. The Tigers own a 22.6% K, 94 wRC+, .304 wOBA, and a .388 SLG against left-hand pitching. On the road this season against lefties, the Tigers own a 24.5%, 89 wRC+, .298 wOBA, and a .391 SLG. In tonight's matchup against the Tigers, Heaney should be a perfect pívot away from the chalky Cease.

Also consider: Dylan Cease, Luis Castillo, Justin Verlander

DraftKings, FanDuel Infielders - MLB DFS Lineup Picks

Adley Rutschman - C, BAL vs. Brandon Williamson ($5,400 DK, $3,000 FD)

The Orioles are my favorite stack tonight, and Rutschman is one of my favorite bats in that stack. Brandon Williamson leads the slate with a 1.96 HR/9. Over the last 30 days, Rutschman has been phenomenal against left-handed pitchers. He has a .478 wOBA and .316 ISO and averages 9.00 fantasy points a game. He is expensive on DraftKings but gives us upside at the catcher position. On FanDuel, he is way too cheap for his production.

Matt McLain - 2B/SS, CIN vs. Austin Gomber ($4,700 DK, $3,600 FD)

The Reds are my second favorite stack tonight, and McLain is my favorite bat. Cole Irvin has a 1.93 HR/9. He has a .414 wOBA, .272 ISO, and a 54.0% hard-hit rate against righties. Since his call-up, McLain has a .440 wOBA and .325 ISO against lefties. McLain averages 7.10 fantasy points per game against the split.

Josh Jung - 3B, TEX vs. Matthew Boyd ($4,700 DK, $3,400 FD)

Josh Jung will square off against lefty Matthew Boyd. We all know what to do when Jung faces a lefty. He has a .440 wOBA and .324 ISO and averages 7.49 fantasy points a game. Boyd gets hit hard by right-handed bats as well. He has a .348 wOBA, .184 ISO, and a 45.3% hard hit against the split.

DraftKings, FanDuel Outfielders - MLB DFS Lineup Picks

Austin Hays - OF, BAL vs. Brandon Williamson ($3,800 DK, $3,000 FD)

My Orioles stacks start with Austin Hays against Brandon Williamson. Williamson has a 5.13 SIERA, 1.96 HR/9, and a 36.4% hard-hit rate. He has been getting crushed by righties this season. He has a .372 wOBA, .293 ISO, and a 56.8% hard-hit rate. Hays has a .364 wOBA and .233 ISO, averaging 8.21 fantasy points per game against the split.

Brandon Nimmo - OF, NYM vs. Colin Rea ($4,200 DK, $3,100 FD)

Brandon Nimmo gets a favorable matchup tonight against Colin Rea. Rea struggles against lefties. This season, he has a .363 wOBA, .231 ISO, and a 51.2% hard hit. Nimmo has been the most consistent Mets bat from the left side this season. He has a .352 wOBA and .173 ISO and averages 8.49 fantasy points a game.

Andy Ibanez - 2B/3B/OF, DET vs. Andrew Heaney ($2,500 DK, $2,100 FD)

Andy Ibanez will get the favorable split from the right side against Andrew Heaney. Heaney owns a 1.49 HR/9 and a 4.31 SIERA. He has a .349 wOBA, .214 ISO, and a 42.9% hard-hit rate against right-handed bats this season. Ibanez has a .336 wOBA and .324 ISO, averaging 7.40 fantasy points per game against left-handed pitching. He is close to the minimum price on both sites.

DraftKings, FanDuel MLB DFS Stacks

1. Baltimore Orioles vs. Brandon Williamson

The O's will square off against Brandon Williamson in Camden Yards tonight. Williamson leads tonight's slate with a 1.96 HR/9. He has a 5.13 SIERA, .262 BAA, and a 36.4% hard-hit rate. Righties will be our main focus here as they are demolishing him.

He owns a .372 wOBA, .293 ISO, and a 56.8% hard-hit rate against righties. Against lefties, Williamson has been excellent. He holds a .303 wOBA, .000 ISO, and a 42.5% hard hit. The Orioles should send nine right-handed bats to the plate to face Williamson. This could end very badly for the young lefty.

Favorite Plays: Austin Hays, Anthony Santander, Adley Rutshman, Jorge Mateo, Aaron Hicks

2. Cincinnati Reds vs. Cole Irvin

3. New York Mets vs. Colin Rea
