DraftKings CFB DFS Lineup Picks: Daily College Fantasy Football (12/2/23)

Jalen Milroe - College Football Rankings, NCAA CFB DFS Lineup Picks

Mike's DraftKings daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the main slate on Saturday (12/2/23). His CFB DFS lineup picks and DFS sleepers will help you win.

We have arrived at conference championship week and that means the last large DraftKings college football slate of the year. There are eight conference championships on tap today and all of them are on the same slate.

We start off with MACtion in Detroit with Toledo taking on the Redhawks. Oklahoma State takes on Texas at Jerry World in the Big 12. Boise heads to Sin City to take on UNLV. We have a playoff game in Atlanta with Georgia taking on Atlanta. We have SMU and Tulane in the American. App State heads to Troy for the Fun Belt crown. Louisville and Florida State square off in Charlotte. We close it out in Indy with Iowa taking on Michigan.

In this article, I will provide you with my daily fantasy college football lineup picks for DraftKings on 12/2/23, locking at noon Eastern. I’ll provide multiple player suggestions for players at quarterback, running back, and wide receiver, aiming to highlight one option at the high, middle, and lower end of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers.

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Quarterbacks

Jalen Milroe, Alabama ($9,000)

All that I'm looking for here is someone who doesn't make mistakes. Oklahoma State is the only suspect pass defense on this slate. We can expect that from Championship Week. Milroe has eight touchdowns to one interception in the last three games and has two 100-yard games plus seven rushing touchdowns over the last four. He doesn't have a high ceiling against Georgia, but I can trust Milroe to hold his own.

DeQuan Finn, Toledo ($7,800)

If you want an upside play, it has to be Finn. He put up 23.8 DraftKings points in the first meeting with the Redhawks in Oxford. I'd say the upside is even higher on a neutral field that is going to be packed with Toledo fans. Finn doesn't run like Milroe does, but he does have an easier go against the Redhawks. The Miami defense is solid, but the offense routinely stalls out.

Gunnar Watson, Troy ($6,000)

Watson is boring, but that also means he is consistent. If we can get a consistent quarterback, whose floor is around 20 DraftKings points, at this low of a price, I'm taking full advantage of that. Watson can be boring. I'll take my 20 points and shut up.

Also consider: Carson Beck, Georgia ($8,600); Michael Pratt, Tulane ($8,000); Jayden Maiava, UNLV ($6,800)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Running Backs

Ollie Gordon, Oklahoma State ($9,000)

Gordon tied the school record for rushing touchdowns with five last week. When you tie a guy like Barry Sanders, people take notice. Gordon isn't going to smash Texas like he did BYU, but I also don't see Oklahoma State abandoning him like they did against UCF. Gordon has enough of a track record to rely on him for a solid total here. We have seen enough lapses from the Texas defense that Gordon could have a big game. I just wouldn't count on it.

Makhi Hughes, Tulane ($6,400)

SMU has had a solid defense all season, but Tulane has shown a willingness to run Hughes until something softens up. He has at least 100 yards in all but the Florida Atlantic game since Week 5. Hughes is going to get his yards on this defense. He doesn't have massive upside, but this is a slate where I feel a lineup full of safe plays could place high in a GPP.

CJ Baxter, Texas ($5,600)

Jaydon Blue ran wild on Texas Tech with 121 yards on just 10 carries after Baxter exited with a sore hip. Don't expect Blue (who is more expensive, by the way) to get the start. He'll get carries, but from everything I've seen, Baxter is still expected to be the starter. Baxter is priced right against a team that has been gouged several times this year.

Also consider: Ashton Jeanty, Boise State ($8,000); Kimani Vidal, Troy ($7,000); Rashad Amos, Miami (OH) ($6,200); Jaylan Knighton, SMU ($4,700)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Wide Receivers

Ricky White, UNLV ($6,700)

This slate is littered with teams that like to run the ball. UNLV is not averse to running the ball, but with a receiver like White, they usually end up throwing it more. White has 741 yards and five touchdowns in the last five games alone. He has been a huge part of this UNLV run and will be a huge part of this 2023 Mountain West Championship team.

Xavier Worthy, Texas ($6,200)

The only question here is: how does Texas want to beat Oklahoma State? The Cowboys have far and away the worst statistical defense on the slate. It's really not close. I'll side with Worthy if they choose the friendly skies because Worthy has still managed to remain productive even through the slump of Quinn Ewers.

Brennan Presley, Oklahoma State ($5,500)

Presley has 24 receptions for 279 yards over the last two games but hasn't scored a touchdown. I don't care. That's still 55.9 DraftKings points for a guy priced as a value play. Presley will get his receptions on short passes and I'll be all over it. Guaranteed points can't be discounted on a slate like this.

Addison Ostrenga, Iowa ($3,700)

Ostrenga has 16 receptions in the last three games alone. At this point, the yardage doesn't much matter (it's 83 if you really want to know). That's 16 free points for a value play! He has also scored a touchdown in that span. Iowa's anemic offense loves the tight end. I love this play on a slate where we need the value.

Also consider: Ladd McConkey, Georgia ($6,400); Isaiah Bond, Alabama ($5,900); Christan Horn, Appalachian State ($5,600); Johnny Wilson, Florida State ($4,900); Chris Lewis, Troy ($4,700)

DraftKings CFB Stacks:

Texas

Oklahoma State has the worst defense, but this isn't going to be your usual stack. Quinn Ewers hasn't had 20 DraftKings points since Week 5. That's a long time for someone who is priced like Ewers is. I don't mind using both CJ Baxter and Jaydon Blue. I don't mind using Worthy and Adonai Mitchell either. I'll use the four skill players and leave Ewers for someone who wants him just for the sake of the stack.

Troy

The Appalachian State defense has been better, but wow, Troy is way too cheap. You can get Gunnar Watson, Kimani Vidal, and Chris Lewis and spend just $17,700. You can literally play whoever else you want and still get one of the better offenses on this slate.

Also consider: UNLV, Oklahoma State, Toledo
