ANALYSIS: After missing nearly two months of the season with a triceps injury, Dean Kremer is back in the Orioles' rotation. Kremer gave the Birds a much-needed shot in the arm last night when he fired five innings of scoreless baseball with eight strikeouts against Seattle.

With that spectacular outing, Kremer lowered his season ERA to 3.93 and WHIP to 1.09. He now has four wins on the season in 10 starts for Baltimore and 57 strikeouts in 55 innings pitched.
He's still available in 75% of Yahoo! leagues, as perhaps some managers wanted to take a "wait and see" approach since he didn't have very good outcomes in his three rehab starts. But last night, he had it all working and could be a nice source of strikeouts and wins for the rest of the season with some decent ratios.
Kremer was trending up earlier this season before the injury, and if we base anything off his first outing back, he could be in store for a big second half. I'm adding him in every league where I need some pitching depth.
