DraftKings CFB DFS Lineup Picks: Daily College Fantasy Football Friday Slate (10/10/25)

Washington NCAA Stock Image, College Football Logo

Mike Marteny's DraftKings daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the Friday (10/10/25) slate in Week 7. His CFB DFS lineup picks and DFS sleepers will help you win.

What a Friday night we have in store for us! We have one of the most important Group of 5 tilts ever. Well, for one week anyway. There's another one next week. These three games are going to be a whole lot of fun!

First up is North Texas hosting South Florida. The winner will have the inside track for the CFP. Colorado State hosts 4-1 Fresno State. We end out in Seattle with Rutgers visiting the Huskies.

In this article, I will provide you with my daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the DraftKings slate on 10/10/25, starting at 7:30 pm Eastern. I’ll give multiple player suggestions for players at quarterback, running back, and wide receiver, aiming to highlight one option at the high, middle, and lower end of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers.

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Quarterbacks

Byrum Brown, South Florida ($8.5K)

Brown went berserk on Charlotte for 46.6 DraftKings points. Don't expect another performance like that, but it's not impossible either. He has the ability to do that in any game. Brown's only "bad" game of the season was against Miami, and he still cooked up 13.2 DK points. His floor should be in the mid-20s for this game.

Drew Mestemaker, North Texas ($7.5K)

Believe it or not, Mestemaker has only gotten better since that game. He has 1,247 passing yards in five games this season and still hasn't thrown an interception. Mestemaker has at least one touchdown pass in every game and has over 200 passing yards in each game.

He may not throw for over 300 like he did last year, but this offense is more balanced, and he's making great decisions. In a game that promises to be close throughout, I expect another strong performance out of Mestemaker.

Also consider these QBs:

  • Demond Williams Jr., Washington ($8.2K)
  • Athan Kaliakmanis, Rutgers ($7K)
  • Jackson Brousseau, Colorado State ($6.5K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Running Backs

Caleb Hawkins, North Texas ($7.6K)

The true freshman only received 16 touches combined in the first two games, but he exploded against Army. The rest is history. Hawkins has 82.1 DK points over the last two games alone! South Florida's run defense has been the sore spot this season. Expect North Texas to attack with Hawkins. He could be in for another monster.

Rayshon Luke, Fresno State ($5.6K)

Luke might be the fastest player in the Mountain West. The Bulldogs use him in an equal timeshare with Bryson Donelson, and sometimes the touchdowns only come if he gets one of those breakaway runs.

Still, he's always around 10 touches per game, and is a threat to house every one of those. The Colorado State defense has been better lately, but they haven't tried to catch a player like Luke.

Also consider these RBs

  • Jonah Coleman, Washington ($7K)
  • Antwan Raymond, Rutgers ($6K)
  • Sam Franklin, South Florida ($4.6K; if Cartevious Norton is out)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Wide Receivers

KJ Duff, Rutgers ($5.5K)

We can't talk about the breakout season for Athan Kaliakmanis without putting some of the credit on Duff. Teams have rolled coverage to Ian Strong after three straight 100-yard games to start the season. Duff has been the one taking advantage.

Duff has at least 50 yards in every game and is over 80 yards in each of the last three. Washington was able to contain the Ohio State receivers, but I would say that Duff is still a strong play. His season low in receptions is five.

Chas Nimrod, South Florida ($5.2K)

The North Texas defense has been impressive, but I'm not doubting Nimrod again. Even when it looks like the situation is not favorable for him, he still has a strong game. Nimrod had a case of the drops in the first half against Charlotte last week, but still rebounded for five receptions and a second-half touchdown.

Brown looks for Nimrod above anyone else and keeps going back to him even after drops. Nimrod has scored three touchdowns in the last two games and is a constant 100-yard game threat.

Dezmen Roebuck, Washington ($4.6K)

Roebuck is also the benefactor of an NFL prospect playing on the other side of the field from him. Teams are rolling coverage to Denzel Boston, and Roebuck has made them pay. Roebuck has eight receptions for 119 yards and a score over the last two games.

The freshman is starting to gain the trust of Demond Williams Jr. He picked up seven targets last week, which is right up there with Boston's total. And seriously, how many receivers can make that catch?

Cameron Dorner, North Texas ($3K)

If you need salary relief, Dorner is a low-risk proposition. He has at least one reception in every game, but has five over the last two games for 67 yards. That's not a bad total for a guy at minimum price.

Also consider these WRs:

  • Denzel Boston, Washington ($6.1K)
  • DT Sheffield, Rutgers ($5.3K)
  • Josiah Freeman, Fresno State ($4.8K)
  • Richie Anderson III, Fresno State ($4.1K)

DraftKings CFB Stacks

Washington vs. Rutgers

The Rutgers defense even made Iowa into a nearly 40-point offense. If Iowa can score 38 on Rutgers, Washington is a lock for 40. Williams/Coleman/Boston will be a popular three-man stack. I'm all for adding Roebuck and running it as a four-man. There should be plenty of offense to go around.

If you want to add a fifth piece to separate the stack and allow for a high-priced QB at superflex (I'm looking at Byrum Brown), Raiden Vines-Bright is an intriguing option. Vines-Bright hasn't had a breakout game, and targets have been hard to come by, but he has five receptions in the last two games. Not many receivers at min-price get those targets, and the Washington offense is in a great spot.

I like the idea of running a four-man Washington stack and running it back with Kaliakmanis and two Rutgers receivers.

Fresno State vs. Colorado State

The Rams got lit up by San Diego State last week. Fresno's offense is similarly built. E.J. Warner hasn't been as prolific in the Fresno passing attack, but his price is low enough to build around. Fresno's offense is built around Donelson and Luke.

The idea of running Warner at low ownership with Donelson and Luke could pay off. You definitely want to turn this into a five-man stack with Josiah Freeman and TE Richie Anderson III. That leaves a lot of cash out there to run it alongside another expensive stack.

I don't hate the idea of spending up at QB and superflex and running a Fresno four-man without Warner. That will definitely separate your entry from the pack.

Also consider these other stacks:

  • North Texas
  • Rutgers (GPP only)
