CBB DFS: DraftKings Daily Fantasy College Basketball Picks - Today's Top Lineups (12/8/24)

CBB DFS lineup picks DraftKings NCAA daily college fantasy basketball

Today's DraftKings CBB DFS lineup picks for 12/8/24. Mike M's top daily fantasy college basketball sleepers to build winning NCAA DFS lineups on DraftKings.

We have a big Sunday in college hoops, with football on the back burner for a bit. The nooners give us a Big Ten (18) game in West Lafayette, with Purdue hosting Maryland. Seton Hall hosts the Pokes as the Big 12 (16)/Big East Challenge concludes. Vanderbilt heads to Fort Worth to take on TCU. Next up, we have one of the greatest hoops rivalries with Kansas in Columbia to take on Missouri. If you don't know the history of this, legendary Missouri coach Norm Stewart refused to spend a dime in the state of Kansas. When Missouri played in Lawrence, the team stayed in Kansas City on the Missouri side. The busses gassed up in Missouri. Food and bathroom breaks were taken in Missouri.

We have A&M traveling to Lubbock to take on a former Big 12 foe. Conn heads to Austin to take on Texas. UCLA heads up to Eugene to take on a still-partying Oregon fan base. We close in Louisville with Duke in town. This slate is loaded!

This article will provide you with my daily fantasy college basketball lineup picks on DraftKings on 12/8/24, starting at noon EST. I’ll give multiple player suggestions at guard and forward, aiming to highlight one option at the salary scale's high, middle, and lower levels. Good luck, RotoBallers.

Today's DraftKings Guards - CBB DFS Lineup Picks

Cooper Flagg, Duke ($9.6K)

Flagg struggled against Kansas and only played 26 minutes against Seattle, but he was back on track against Auburn. Flagg is usually at his best against good teams. He's a constant double-double prospect and should be worth whatever we pay.

Keeshawn Barthelemy, Oregon ($6.8K)

Barthelemy has been hot from the floor lately, so his minutes are up. He has 56 points, 11 assists, 10 steals, seven rebounds, and a block over the last three games alone. This hot streak came after his one-point performance against A&M at the Players Era Tournament. That NIL money must have sparked something in Barthelemy.

J'Vonne Hadley, Louisville ($6.1K)

Hadley is a force on the boards despite playing on the outside. That makes him really valuable in DFS. He is averaging 7.5 rebounds per game to go with his 9.8 points. He's not heavily involved in the offense, but his defense and rebounding make him a solid play in DFS.

Tyler Tanner, Vanderbilt ($4.4K)

Tanner is a high-motor guy off the Vandy bench. He's a good but selective shooter and a good passer when A.J. Hoggard gets a breather. He doesn't have a ton of upside, but Tanner has scored at least 19 DraftKings points in three straight games.

Also consider: Chucky Hepburn, Louisville ($9.2K); Wade Taylor IV, Texas A&M ($8.2K); Dajuan Harris Jr., Kansas ($7.9K); Frankie Collins, TCU ($7K); Jackson Shelstad, Oregon ($6.7K); Tyrese Proctor, Duke ($6.4K); Isaiah Coleman, Seton Hall ($5.9K); Hassan Diarra, Connecticut ($5.7K); Bryce Thompson, Oklahoma State ($5.2K)

Today's DraftKings Forwards - CBB DFS Lineup Picks

Darrion Williams, Texas Tech ($9.3K)

Williams has been a consistent producer with and without JT Toppin in the lineup. If Toppin sits again, I like Williams a little more, but Williams isn't nearly as volatile as Toppin. Williams is the play, no matter who is in for the Red Raiders.

Derik Queen, Maryland ($8.5K)

The freshman class in college basketball this year is nuts. Flagg, Dylan Harper, and Ace Bailey are more well-known, but Queen may be the best of the lot over the last fortnight.

He has averaged 17 points, 10 rebounds, three assists, two steals, and a block over the last four games. Purdue got rolled by Penn State this week. They aren't the bully of the Big Ten (18) anymore.

Abou Ousmane, Oklahoma State ($5.5K)

Ousmane has had a couple of games where he was plagued by foul trouble. That hurt his DFS output and cratered his price. I'll take it. Ousmane contributes across the board and routinely scores in double figures. He's worth the risk for the upside in GPP formats.

Ernest Udeh Jr., TCU ($5.3K)

Udeh has been a beast for TCU after playing sparingly behind Hunter Dickinson at Kansas last year (Udeh is better, for what it's worth). Udeh is still unrefined on offense, but he might be the best defensive player in a conference packed with them. He's very low-risk and routinely blows away his price point.

Also consider: Arthur Kaluma, Texas ($8.9K); Liam McNeeley, Connecticut ($7.3K); Trazarien White, TCU ($6.6K); Brandon Angel, Oregon ($4.8K); Prince Aligbe, Seton Hall ($4.2K)
