Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller

5043 articles

You won't find a bigger Cubs fan than myself. Aside from my love of fantasy sports, which includes MLB, NFL and NBA, I own my own animal care business. I graduated from Columbia College in Chicago and currently reside in Chicago, IL. My love of fantasy sports started for me in the early 2000's and I have steadily been active with the same group of friends year in and year out for every league in baseball, basketball and football. I am hoping to help all RotoBaller members with any questions they may have. I consider myself an expert with minor league prospects, as it is a love of mine. I hope to give the best advice I can to the RotoBaller world!

A former top pitching prospect, Cease only lasted 2 1/3 innings and allowed seven hits, four runs, zero walks and one strikeout. The success of Dylan Cease will be crucial for a young White Sox […]

Chicago White Sox shortstop Tim Anderson went 3-for-5 with a home run in Game 1 of Tuesday’s doubleheader versus the Indians. David Bote Stays Hot

Chicago Cubs infielder David Bote stayed hot with a solo home run as part of a 2-for-3 performance on Tuesday versus the Reds. Bote also drew a walk. Bote has started the last two games for the Cubs and with the way he’s seeing the ball, Bote could remain in the lineup. Bote serves in […]

Jeremy Jeffress Picks Up Save No. 1

Chicago Cubs relief pitcher Jeremy Jeffress came in with one out and the bases loaded to retire two Cincinnati Reds and record his first save of the season Monday. Craig Kimbrel Struggles In Season Debut

Chicago Cubs closer Craig Kimbrel struggled Monday versus the Reds. Kimbrel only recorded one out and walked four Reds and also hit a batter while allowing two runs.
