A.J. Brown fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Friday Night Football in Week 1 (2024). Should you start or sit A.J. Brown for fantasy football lineups?
BALLER MOVE: Start in All Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: High-end WR1
ANALYSIS: Brown gets a juicy matchup against the Packers on Friday night in Brazil. Green Bay ranked 26th in both defensive pass DVOA and against opposing teams’ WR1 in 2023.
Brown has been the clear focal point of Philadelphia’s aerial attack the last two seasons, and that should continue this year.
A.J. Brown’s game vs. the Steelers will forever go down in history:
- 6 REC
- 156 YDS

This game has the second-highest total on the Week 1 card. With both teams adjusting to new defensive coordinators, we should see plenty of points scored in this contest. Philadelphia’s secondary is also very vulnerable.
If they don’t start fast, they could fall behind early and be forced to throw the football. That wouldn’t bode well for the Eagles' prospects of winning the game, but it would be great for Brown’s fantasy outlook.
Bottom line- Start Brown as the WR1 you drafted him to be and enjoy the fireworks Friday night.
