Boston Bruins right wing Craig Smith became a hat-trick hero on Thursday, helping his team to a 5-2 victory over Vegas. He put the team up 2-0 and got them a very comfortable lead at 4-1 after David Pastrnak had hit his 30th goal of the season. Boston players have now scored five hat tricks this season, which puts the team tied with Pittsburgh for the most in the league. It's Smith's third career hat trick. Having dropped down to the third line, Smith has lost most of his fantasy appeal, but he's done well lately by notching at least one point in six of his last nine appearances. He's on 22 points for the whole season in 48 games.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
