Montreal Canadiens goaltender Sam Montembeault will be between the pipes for a second consecutive game on Thursday against Carolina. He took a 5-4 overtime loss versus Tampa on Tuesday when the team resumed its season. Montreal's regular starter Jake Allen (COVID-19 protocols) is currently unavailable. Sam Montembeault has started six games this season and he's celebrated only one victory. The 25-year-old has coughed up nearly four goals per game (3.82) with a .892 save percentage. He's had a rough ride and it certainly won't get easier against an impressive Hurricanes team that boasts a 21-7-1 record.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
