Reilly Smith Opens Scoring, Adds Assist Tuesday

Vegas Golden Knights right-winger Reilly Smith is well on his way to proving last year was just a blip. Smith opened the scoring via the power play on Tuesday against the Los Angeles Kings. His goal midway through the first period set off a flurry of scoring. Jonathan Marchessault and Shea Theodore helped on the Smith goal. The right-winger had three shots on goal, three scoring chances, and returned the favor assisting on the Marchessault goal just 1:16 later. Smith now has 26 points in 33 games which is already better than last year's 25 points in 53 contests.
