New Jersey Devils left-winger Tomas Tatar converted another golden opportunity into a goal on Thursday night versus the Minnesota Wild. Tatar took a breakout pass from Dougie Hamilton and beat Kaapo Kahkonen 7:40 into the second period. That pulled New Jersey to within one goal. This marked the second time in as many games that Tatar scored a goal. Also, the winger had four shots on goal and three scoring chances. This was while playing a little over 13 minutes. It does seem Tatar is more effective with middle-six minutes while being deployed over 60% in the offensive zone. Imagine that.--Chris Wassel - RotoBaller
