Adam Engel Day-To-Day With Groin Tightness

Chicago White Sox outfielder Adam Engel (groin) is considered day-to-day after leaving Thursday's game with right groin tightness versus the New York Yankees, according to the team. Engel was removed for White Sox infielder/outfielder Leury Garcia in the top of the eighth inning as a defensive replacement in right field. The 29-year-old was in the lineup as a matchup move against Yankees left-hander Andrew Heaney and went 1-for-2 with a run scored before being removed. With Yankees right-hander Jameson Taillon projected to pitch on Saturday, it is likely that Garcia will man right field on Saturday.
