Drew Anderson To Start On Saturday
Texas Rangers relief pitcher Drew Anderson is scheduled to make the start against the Oakland Athletics on Saturday. He has thrown four scoreless innings in a pair of relief appearances for Texas this season. Anderson posted a 3.15 ERA, 1.19 WHIP and 85/28 K/BB ratio over 68 2/3 innings in Triple-A Round Rock. He is expected to take over the starting spot in the rotation left from the departure of Kyle Gibson. The 27-year-old is a decent streaming option in deeper formats.
