Falling short in back-to-back title attempts, Jorge Masvidal (35-15) had a quick end to his night on Saturday, taking a huge right hand from defending champion Kamaru Usman in the second round. Through 8:58 of action, Masvidal actually out-struck Usman, landing 31 significant strikes (56 total strikes), but he was taken down on both of Usman's attempts.
