Pablo Lopez Picks Up A Quality Start On Wednesday

Miami Marlins starting pitcher Pablo Lopez was very good in his start against the St. Louis Cardinals. He pitched 6 2/3 innings, allowing two runs on three hits and two walks while striking out six. Lopez was actually through six scoreless innings before he was needlessly brought out for the seventh inning. He ended up taking the loss when the Marlins couldn't score a single run again, but he still got the quality start and looking like a second ace behind Sandy Alcantara in the Marlins rotation.
