Los Angeles Kings defenseman Matt Roy will miss Saturday's meeting with the Sharks after he was added to the NHL's COVID-19 protocols list. The 25-year-old will miss his sixth game of the year. Roy has scored his first two goals of the campaign in recent games, and he has nine points for the season in 30 outings with 46 shots, 43 blocks, 41 hits, and a plus-three rating. He's averaged fewer than 20 minutes a game during his second full year in the league, but his minutes have been on the rise lately, and Roy was heavily involved in Friday's 3-0 loss to San Jose, logging 22:14. The Kings recently signed the Detroit-born blueliner to a three-year extension, and he's been developing nicely, but his fantasy value remains limited.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
