Sebastian Munoz has just two career starts at Valero Texas Open, finishing 27th in 2017 and missing the cut in 2019. He has played some decent golf this season with six top-25 finishes in 16 starts. Munoz does not struggle mightily with any part of his game, but he also does not stand out in any aspect.
