Colorado Avalanche forward Gabriel Landeskog scored a power-play goal in Monday's 6-2 loss to San Jose, moving past Peter Forsberg for third on the team's all-time goal-scoring list. Nathan MacKinnon and Nazem Kadri set up the Avalanche captain for his 203rd career goal. Samuel Girard also scored for Colorado, who ended up blowing a two-goal lead. Landeskog now has goals in back-to-back games ahead of Wednesday's rematch with the Sharks. The 28-year-old sits on five goals and 10 points for the year in 17 outings, which marks a disappointing scoring pace, but he should improve once the team gets going again.--Taavi Pailk
