New York Rangers centerman Filip Chytil will be sidelined with an upper-body injury for the next four to six weeks. The 21-year-old departed the Rangers contest versus the Pittsburgh Penguins on Sunday after a hard open-ice collision with forward Evan Rodriguez, who also suffered an injury on the play. The news comes at a tough time for Chytil, as he was looking as if he had taken big strides early on in his third NHL season, posting three points (two goals, one assist), a plus-three rating and 12 shots in five appearances. Expect forward Brett Howden to see an increase in responsibility and ice time in Chytil's absence.--Chase Davis - RotoBaller
