Jared Goff Pushing To Play, John Wolford Ready If Needed
John Wolford took the majority of the snaps this week at practice and is prepared to play against the Seahawks on Saturday in the wild-card game if Jared Goff (thumb) cannot go, according to sources. Goff has thrown well despite a broken thumb, but head coach Sean McVay still has not made a decision on who will start against Seattle. Goff is pushing to play, but it remains a challenge given the fact that he had surgery just last week to fix a broken and dislocated right thumb. This will be a game-time decision and is a situation for fantasy managers to avoid on wild-card weekend. The Seahawks Defense has also allowed the fewest fantasy points per game to opposing signal-callers in the last five weeks.
