Los Angeles Angels designated hitter Shohei Ohtani went 2-for-4 with one walk and one run scored in the Angels 6-0 win over the A's on Tuesday. It seems the moment it was decided that Ohtani would no longer pitch in 2020, the 26-year-old's bat has come alive. He is now 6-for-10 over his last three starts with one home run, two doubles, two RBI and three runs scored. Ohtani has already proven how talented he is as a hitter, as evidenced by posting a .564 and .505 slugging percentage, respectively, in his first two seasons with the Angels.
