Shohei Ohtani Posts Third Straight Multi-Hit Game

Los Angeles Angels designated hitter Shohei Ohtani went 2-for-4 with one walk and one run scored in the Angels 6-0 win over the A's on Tuesday. It seems the moment it was decided that Ohtani would no longer pitch in 2020, the 26-year-old's bat has come alive. He is now 6-for-10 over his last three starts with one home run, two doubles, two RBI and three runs scored. Ohtani has already proven how talented he is as a hitter, as evidenced by posting a .564 and .505 slugging percentage, respectively, in his first two seasons with the Angels. Ohtani will have increased DFS value over the next few days and will have above average fantasy value across standard formats as a top DH option.
