Lost in the horrific crash that Ryan Newman suffered at the end of the Daytona 500 was a seventh-place finish that extended a quiet streak of dominance for the Cup Series veteran at NASCAR's longest tracks. In the last 10 Cup Series races at superspeedways, Newman has managed a top-10 finish eight times. Perhaps just as important, of those eight, four have come in the five races he has run since joining Roush Fenway Racing.
