Miami Marlins pitcher Jeff Brigham (biceps) has started a throwing program in Miami. He was ticketed for the injured list to start the season, but with everything delayed, he seems likely to be ready to go once the season gets started. Brigham showed the ability to miss some bats in limited innings last season, and could end up as a solid member of the bullpen or a back-end starter. There's not a ton of fantasy upside here, but he could be a decent source of strikeouts in deeper leagues if he makes the rotation.--David A Marcillo
