New York Rangers forward Pavel Buchnevich notched his seventh goal of the season Saturday night as the Rangers fell 2-1 to the Canucks. Buchnevich had gone six games without a goal before Saturday, marking his third-longest goalless streak of the season. After breaking the 20-goal threshold last season, it has been a disappointing step backward for the 24-year-old as he has only 7 goals at the halfway mark of the season. The red flags were there, though most obvious was his 17.6 percent shooting percentage last season. Unless Buchnevich can recapture some of that scoring luck from last year, and work his way onto New York's top power-play unit, he is better left on the waiver wire in most leagues.--Russ Ivanac - RotoBaller
