Enes Kanter Notches Third Straight Double-Double Off Bench

Boston Celtics center Enes Kanter has found his groove as a reserve, collecting his third consecutive double-double during Saturday’s win over the Chicago Bulls. Kanter keyed the second unit, finishing 7-for-17 from the field en route to a 17-point, 12-rebound performance. The 17 shot attempts marked a new season high, while he also added two blocks across his 23 minutes. After some erratic production earlier in the year, Kanter has now scored in double figures in six straight, averaging a double-double and shooting 60 percent from the field in that span. Even with his minutes capped, he is worth a roster spot in most medium-sized formats or better, and can be heavily targeted Monday versus Washington, who has had extreme difficulty slowing opposing centers this season.
