Colts Don't Expect Andrew Luck To Come Out Of Retirement
Jacoby Brissett under center. Brissett started the year strong but crumbled down the stretch with his top receiver, T.Y. Hilton, injured. Brissett threw just two touchdowns and lost two fumbles in the final four games. Ballard said the jury is still out on Brissett heading into 2020, and he's become a mediocre QB2 with limited upside in this run-first offense.

Indianapolis Colts general manager Chris Ballard said that Andrew Luck isn't coming out of retirement. "Andrew is retired," Ballard said. "I think we all need to accept that. That’s where he’s at.
