Los Angeles Dodgers third baseman Justin Turner (ankle, back) did not start in Thursday's game against the San Diego Padres. Jedd Gyorko was given the start at third base and that might be the case for the rest of the weekend. Turner continues to deal with a nagging back injury and a left ankle issue. The Dodgers are going to be cautious with the playoffs right around the corner. It's very unlikely that we see Turner suit up again in the regular season.--Andy Webb
