Tampa Bay Rays relief pitcher Jose Alvarado (elbow) will not pitch again during the regular season, according to manager Kevin Cash. Cash said Alvarado's elbow hasn't gotten worse, but it hasn't responded to rest and there isn't enough time in the season for him to heal properly. Cash didn't rule Alvarado out late in the postseason should the Rays make a World Series run, but for fantasy purposes Alvarado is done for the season and can be dropped in all redraft formats.--Mike Schwarzenbach - RotoBaller
