Aaron Hicks Smacks Home Run In Victory
CC Sabathia was pitching well, the offense was dormant until Aaron Hicks stepped up. With two runners on, the center fielder drilled a three-run home run, his fifth of the season, as the Yankees took the lead for good. The home run couldn't have come at a better time for Hicks, who has seriously struggled at the plate since making his season debut last month. This month, the 29-year-old is batting just .194, although this home run could be what gets him going.
