Giannis Antetokounmpo Scores 14 Points In Fourth To Lead Bucks Past Hornets
Giannis Antetokounmpo tallied 14 points, six rebounds, three blocks, and one steal in the fourth quarter of the Bucks 108-99 come-from-behind victory over the Hornets on Friday. Antetokounmpo finished the contest with 34 points on 14-for-21 shooting from the field, including 0-for-2 from the three-point line, and 6-for-8 from the charity stripe. He added 14 rebounds, three assists, three blocks, and three steals for his 33rd double-double of the campaign. The 24-year-old was fantastic on both ends of the court down the stretch, compiling six points, four rebounds and a block over the final 6:30 as the Bucks, who trailed by three points, outscored the Hornets 17-5. Antetokounmpo will look to extend his streak of accumulating either a double-double or triple-double to six games in a row on Sunday against the Thunder.
