Washington Capitals goaltender Braden Holtby allowed only two goals on 36 shots, but it was not enough to overcome the Blue Jackets on Friday night. Both goals came while Washington was short-handed and that proved to be the difference in the game. Holtby has now dropped three of his last four starts even though his last two games have been two of his best so far this season. In addition to allowing two or fewer goals only five times in 12 starts, Holtby has a lackluster .903 save percentage which highlights how the veteran goalie has had a less than ideal start to the season. He seems to be gaining his footing now and better days should be ahead.--Russ Ivanac - RotoBaller
