Andrew Landry finished in a share of 76th place at the Northern Trust in Paramus, New Jersey. While a made cut is never a bad thing, the result drops the American four spots in the FedExCup standings from 26th to 30th place, which would be the final spot to qualify for the Tour Championship if the playoffs ended today. Unfortunately for Landry, they dont, and the 31-year-old will have to stay within the top 30 for two more events. It seems unlikely that Landry will hold onto the position, but he will have an outside chance if he can provide solid performances over the next two weeks. A winner at the Valero Texas Open earlier this year, Landry has gone from 184th in the Official World Golf Rankings to begin this season to his new ranking of 78th in the world. --Spencer Aguiar - RotoBallerRead More News
