Ross Stripling Has Rough Start Sunday
Los Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Ross Stripling has an uncharacteristically subpar outing on Sunday against the Rockies. Stripling allowed four runs on nine hits (including a solo home run) and a walk with seven strikeouts in six innings. The 28-year-old has had an outstanding season even including Sunday's start, as he is now 6-2 with a 2.27 ERA, a 10.37 K/9 rate, and a 1.40 BB/9 rate. He will look to get back to his dominant ways Saturday against the Angels.
