The New York Mets have selected outfielder Jerred Kelenic sixth overall in the MLB amateur draft out of high school. Kelenic is just 18 years old but is extremely athletic. He needs to add some muscle, which will come as he continues to develop, but he has the speed to play center field and the arm to play right field. The power potential is there, as Kelenic is considered to be one of the best pure hitters in the draft.--Feldman Zach
