Danny Salazar Shut Down Again

Cleveland Indians pitcher Danny Salazar (shoulder) received a cortisone shot and will be shut down from throwing for five days to a week. Salazar has been out since Spring Training due to rotator cuff inflammation, and his recovery has been very slow. There's no timetable for his return, but it does not seem like he's particularly close to being back on the mound.
