Tampa Bay Rays shortstop Adeiny Hechavarria left the game Thursday versus Los Angeles with a right hamstring strain. He will be checked out Friday. Manager Kevin Cash says he is hopeful but it is fairly common for hamstring issues to lead to disabled list stints out of caution. If he is placed on the DL, the Rays have multiple options to cover the loss. Recent call-up Christian Arroyo could be given some starts, especially against left-handed pitching. Willy Adames is a super prospect who is likely the future, but the Rays are likely to keep him down until after the Super 2 deadline. The most likely replacement will be Daniel Robertson. Adames has the most fantasy upside and should be owned in all dynasty leagues already, but we may not see him until later this season, if at all.--Jamie Mellor
