6 years agoAtlanta Braves starting pitcher Mike Soroka is learning some very valuable lessons as he makes his way through his first season. The 20-year-old... yeah, he can't even legally drink yet.. gave up five runs on eight hits. Only one of them was earned, though. Soroka did strike out seven and walk only one in the course of his 4 2/3 innings. Oh, the lesson? He needs to get his pitch count down... he had 90 pitches by then.
