St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Alex Reyes (elbow) has had a target date set for his return to the mound. The team expects him back on the first day he is eligible, May 28. He is working as a starter in his rehab and as of right now is expected to come back as a member of the starting rotation. That could change depending on the team's needs at the end of the month, however. Whether he starts or relieves, Reyes will be on a strict innings limit and a daily pitch count, which somewhat limits his upside, but he has good enough to stuff to make a lot out of his limited opportunity.
