Washington Nationals reliever Shawn Kelley (elbow) threw a bullpen session Friday. Kelley has been dealing with ulnar nerve irritation for a couple of weeks. According to reports, Kelley felt good after the session. He is eligible to come off the disabled list Friday but might need a couple of days to work his way back into the Nationals bullpen picture. Kelley's only relevance is in deeper leagues that count holds. When healthy, Kelley can be a strong option out of the bullpen. In 2016, Kelley posted a 2.82 FIP, a 12/1 K/9 ratio and racked up seven saves and 13 holds.--Phil Goyette
