Tim Locastro Makes 2018 Debut, Bats Eighth

Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Tim Locastro has been called up to make his season debut against the Diamondbacks on Thursday. He's batting eighth and playing in center field. Infielder Breyvic Valera was sent down in his place. Locastro was outstanding at Triple-A Oklahoma City, going 25-for-73 with a home run, five doubles and an OPS of .955 on the year. He's fast, too, with 34 stolen bases in 2017 and five so far this year. Unfortunately, he'll face the molten-hot Patrick Corbin and falls behind Alex Verdugo on the outfield depth chart. He won't be up for long and isn't fantasy relevant for now.
