Vegas Golden Knights forward Jonathan Marchessault recorded three points and was the first star of the night in a historic game on Monday, as the team clinched a playoff spot with a 4-1 win against Colorado. The Knights are only the third expansion team since 1968-69 to make it to the Stanley Cup playoffs. Marchessault, who netted his 25th of the year against the Avs, has played a big part in it, as he leads the scoring charts with 72 points and trails only David Perron in assists with 47. He'll be looking to flirt with the 80-point mark come the end of the season, as he's currently on a five-game point streak with six games to go.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
