LeGarrette Blount Will Play a Specific Role in the Super Bowl

Philadelphia Eagles running back LeGarrette Blount will be playing a very specific role in the Super Bowl on Sunday. Since the emergence of Jay Ajayi as the feature back, Blount has taken on a goal-line/short-yardage role. He's very much set in that role, though, as Ajayi has only rushed once inside the five-yard line since joining the Eagles. This makes Blount a legitimate touchdown threat, but one that will have almost no fantasy value if he fails to score. His yardage total is almost sure to be low, and he rarely catches passes. He can put some points up in fantasy if he puts points up on the field, but he isn't a safe bet and is more of a dart throw without huge upside.
